Although nausea, vomiting & diarrhea are often symptoms of novel H1N1 flu , they don’t present with everyone who has it. It’s no longer called “swine flu ”. I suppose there’s a 50/50 chance that you have novel H1N1 flu . There’s also a 50% chance you have seasonal H1N1, H3N2 or type B. But what does it matter? They’re treated the same way.
